Gina Santos

Gina is a seasoned professional at Equitable Advisors with a current focus on Communications.  Previously, she served as an Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Vice President and held multiple roles throughout her tenure, including Branch Operations Manager and Event, Marketing, and Recruiting Coordinator.

Gina’s work is focused on revenue-generating activities, client retention, and product promotion. She supports financial professionals with onboarding, product branding, print and digital media, press releases, positioning, point-of-sale materials, advertising, and promotional strategies. In addition, Gina coordinates a wide range of initiatives, including philanthropic efforts, educational seminars, product roadshows, award dinners, campaign trips, recruiting events, and industry tradeshows.

Gina earned a degree in Communications from Albertus Magnus College. She resides in Shelton, Connecticut with her husband, Victor, and their dog, Cody.
